No. I don't think college graduates can be project managers right away. I believe that to be a Project Manager you need to acquire certain level of training, because the success or failure of the organization relies on you. Project Managers have various responsibilities; such as:
*Planing, executing and closing projects
*Managing Teams
*Managing Expectations

Yep and lots organizations although they look that you have training, they also look if you have had experience as well.
ReplyDeleteYes training comes with experience so its always good to note that, but I am in agreement. Project manager comes with a lot of responsibilities and one would hope to achieve this position with the training and experience one recieved.
