Describe
the triple constraint. What are the
three components and what is the
relationship between them?
The 3 components are:
* Scope.- It is a detail information provided by the customer or organization that needs a project to be done.
*Time.- It is what you need to figure out how long a project will be take to get it done.
*Budget.- It is the amount of money that you'll need to get a project done.
All these 3 components go together; therefore, to star a project you need a scope, then you need to find out how long is this project is going to take you, and finally budget which a believe is the most important because in this one you have to do numbers... thinking on the expenses such as materials, labor and other inconveniences that can occur on any project, which will cost you extra money.
